All management from all sites are incompetent, petty, and disrespectful. It's the typical give a small amount of power to those who crave it and watch how often they abuse it. Do not do it to yourself. You deserve better. We all do. Cons: Everything else."

"Worst place to work. Management don't know what they are doing. Staff don't care about individuals. It's all about money and how they can get more money from the government. Forces 90+ year olds to go to another program everyday even if they don't not want to just so they can bill and get more money. As a regular staff you are expected to be a nurse too. You are responsible for the health of the individual and the actually nurses never stop by and check on the individuals leaving them for us to diagnose their sickness. The homes are filthy and bugs everywhere. Broken toilets and showers. Beds, clothes, ECT all tattered and stained and not something any normal person would dress their kids up in. Giving $150 for clothing shopping 2 times a year. Enough to go to primary and get mostly underwear and socks. This company does not deserve to broken. Run so badly and I want no part of this neglect. Cons: Everything"

"ADAPTs work ethics are perplexing, they are all racist among eachother. If you bring concerns to HR VPs will black list you immeditely blocking all career growth.....Bronx locations are ratchet, the directors there think theyre the best and talk trash about all the other programs. Cons: short breaks, lits of paper work and racism"

"I worked for UCP at the time before they changed the day. It was a horrible experience for me because they were very racist, constantly bullied & did treat me fairly. As desperate as I am to work again I would never go back there unless it was on my terms not theirs because they didn't pay me enough for what I was worth and all the work I did Cons: Racist, dont pay enough, dont treat employees with respect"

They do everything last minute and are never all on the same page. The rules are constantly changing without any notice which is beyond annoying. All employees get paid the same rate regardless of duties. Which is absurd."

Top admin are not involved appropriately with children & staff. It's report first not solve directly first. Si Leadership is substandard . Low morale. Paras are sent home if child leaves unalike other places find them work and pat till end of day. Paras are followed around by staff unalike other places highly controlling atmosphere. There's a Gotchu you attitude with TA's & some top admin rather than speak to person to give them a chance to correct. Social worker is not involved with children's behavioral goals nor in the classroom visiting or called in to help which is atypical."
